Samsung has developed  Jitterbug, a much simpler cellie, easier to read and larger buttons. It also comes with personalized services that includes an easier way to retrieve messages, a live operator and toll free secure access to a personal phone list from any phone. It is a cool idea, since grandpas are usually left outside new technologies, and with the small text and gazillion options menus that we are used to handle on new cell phones, they are not to comfy to use them, but now they can!
