Solar Cellie

Pi18_mikroenergietechnik_g__1 The German Fraunhofer Institute is working on a solar powered cell phone, by using high-efficiency solar cells integrated to the device. This should able the cell phone to remain continuously powered up, as long as it receives sufficient sunlight (about 2 hours per day), if not, it can be charged using the conventional means. One thing is for sure, you won't run out of battery when you are at the beach!
